Managed guest WiFi

A thoughtful welcome to guest WiFi.

HTS Managed Captive Portal gives hotels, venues and resorts a branded guest-WiFi splash with email capture and consent built to support GDPR and CCPA obligations.

For WiFi guests

You just gave us your email — here’s what happens to it.

Your email belongs to the venue where you connected. HTS operates the captive portal, with safeguards for the guest information it handles.

  1. It is encrypted

Your guest information is protected with encryption specific to that venue.

  2. Your choice is recorded

A consent record keeps track of the choice you made on the splash page.

  3. It can be deleted

There is a deletion path. To request it, contact Harris Technology Services and identify the venue where you connected.

How it works

From welcome screen to WiFi access.

A short guest journey, handled through the venue’s existing access points.

  1. Meet the venue

The venue presents its own branded guest-WiFi splash.

  2. Enter your email

A 13-step validation pipeline blocks bots, disposable addresses and typos before an email is stored.

  3. Record your choice

The email is encrypted for the venue and the consent choice is recorded.

  4. Get connected

WiFi access is granted through the venue’s existing access points.

For hotels, venues and resorts

A guest welcome that is yours.

Put your venue’s brand at the front of the WiFi journey while HTS handles capture, validation, consent records and access.
